In recent years, Taiwan has experienced frequent extreme rainfall due to climate change, making building leaks a top public grievance. Statistics reveal that "water leakage in houses" has consistently topped the real estate consumer dispute charts for several consecutive years. Addressing this pressing issue, Taiwan's "Green Wall Hospital" (格林牆壁醫院) has pioneered the concept of "deep waterproofing," launching revolutionary products G-995 Deep Penetrating Waterproof Essence and G-885 High Adhesion Waterproofing Agent, dedicated to eradicating problems such as wall cancer (efflorescence), cracks, and tile detachment in buildings.
Unlike conventional surface waterproofing products, G-995 boasts a deep penetration capability of over 3 centimeters, reaching deep into the pores of the concrete to form a transparent, UV-resistant protective film that thoroughly prevents moisture intrusion. Meanwhile, G-885 exhibits exceptionally high adhesion, bonding tightly with both new and old concrete and tiles, preventing the deterioration of traditional flexible cement-based adhesives upon water exposure, which often leads to tile bulging and detachment.
"Green is not a paint factory; we don't sell paint, only essence," emphasized the founder of Green Wall Hospital.
