Smart Mobility, Seamless Flow — AIC Launches AIoT Smart Traffic Guidance System to Alleviate Post-Event Congestion
Ability Intelligent Enhances Traffic Safety with AI Technology, Supporting Cities in Advancing Toward Smart Governance

Ability Intelligent Corporation has launched its AIoT Smart Human–Vehicle Flow Guidance and Traffic Management System, helping government agencies leverage data to improve traffic safety and post-event dispersal efficiency—particularly in scenarios where large crowds and vehicles mix and cause congestion.

For example, during major events at the Kaohsiung Arena, massive crowds often surge into surrounding roads within a short time, making it difficult for traditional police deployment to respond quickly. Ability Intelligent’s system provides real-time situational analysis, enabling cities to shift from reactive response to proactive prediction in modern smart traffic management.

The system features four key functions:
• AI Image Recognition — Detects real-time crowd and vehicle density, identifying potential safety risks.
• Smart Warning Signals — LED and audio alerts proactively remind drivers to slow down, improving safety for vulnerable road users.
• App-Based Guidance — Sends push notifications advising citizens to avoid congested routes.
• Signal Control Integration — Synchronizes with traffic control centers to dynamically adjust traffic lights within seconds.

All collected data is transmitted to the city’s central data platform and used for policy planning and traffic governance optimization. The solution also aligns with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ long-term “Vision Zero 2050” goal of eliminating traffic fatalities.

Ability Intelligent will continue collaborating with local governments to expand system deployment across major transportation hubs, tourist destinations, school zones, and medical campuses—building replicable and scalable smart traffic demonstration sites.
