Located in Senrong Village, Fenglin Township, Hualien County, Taiwan, the Lintian Mountain Forestry Cultural Park is a well-preserved heritage site showcasing the forestry history from the Japanese colonial period to the post-war era. Originally a key logging site in eastern Taiwan, it has been transformed into a free-access cultural park, featuring preserved Japanese-style cypress buildings, a railway, Zhongshan Hall, and a museum of artifacts. Spanning a vast area, the park encompasses rich natural ecosystems, including Taiwan beech and red cypress, creating a serene environment.
Due to its expansive size and open layout, integrated with nearby schools, dormitories, and residential areas, the park faces significant challenges in implementing effective surveillance and security systems. Establishing a highly efficient central management system to monitor incidents and enable flexible access to video footage is critical for reducing operational costs.
LILIN’s surveillance solutions, proven in large-scale environments, align seamlessly with the park’s needs through their remote-controlled video monitoring capabilities. The park has deployed various LILIN cameras, including PTZ speed domes, bullet cameras, and dome cameras, all centrally managed and viewed via the LILIN Central Management System (CMS). The LILIN Pro App further enables real-time event and video access from mobile devices. This allows patrol personnel to manage the park flexibly without being confined to a control room, receiving alerts from various locations directly on their mobile devices.
