BIOSTAR EdgeComp MS-NANO is a compact, fanless edge AI system powered by the NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NANO module with Super Mode support, designed for system integrators and AI developers who require high performance, reliability, and deployment flexibility. It targets a wide range of edge AI applications, including smart retail, industrial automation, smart cities, logistics, transportation, and modern agriculture.

Built for reliability, the MS-NANO features a rugged, fanless design suitable for harsh environments, operating across a wide temperature range from -20°C to 50°C. It delivers up to 40 TOPS of AI performance, supported by 4GB or 8GB LPDDR5 memory with up to 68GB/s bandwidth. The platform integrates a 1024-core NVIDIA® Ampere GPU with 32 Tensor Cores and a 6-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, enabling powerful real-time AI inference at the edge. It supports Linux JetPack 6.2 and is compatible with modern AI frameworks, including LLMs, SLMs, VLMs, and DeepSeek R1.
For deployment flexibility, the MS-NANO offers rich I/O and expansion options, including USB 3.2 ports, GbE and 2.5GbE LAN, RS232/422/485, CAN bus, audio interfaces, and HDMI® output. Optional features such as dual PoE and dual GMSL expand support for cameras, sensors, and power delivery. Storage and connectivity are enhanced through M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs, 4G/5G modules, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and a Nano SIM slot for mobile communication.
